FP operates both as a developer and a service provider, depending on the sCenario. Some projects are led as a GP—originating, financing, and executing deals directly. Others are delivered in collaboration with owners or clients, offering for-fee development services to guide projects according to their unique risks and opportunities.
FP clients are typically entrepreneurs, institutions, business, nonprofits and cultural organizations. Experience spans both commercial and residential sectors, with a focus on multi-resident housing, mixed-use developments, F&B and hospitality sectors.
FP is led by Matthew Lohry in collaboration with a wide network of industry professionals working in real estate, architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction, brokerage, investment finance and property management.
